Mike’s right hand is his wife, Kristin Griffith. She has a master’s degree in math, so naturally Mike put her in charge of the money. When she’s not balancing the books, Kristin likes baking and sharing her baked goods with everyone in the office, friends and family. She also enjoys sporting events and grandkid activities. Kristin and Mike love to travel when they can, either flying or driving — any chance to explore different parts of the world is a welcome opportunity!

Like many others at the office, she has a background in banking and grew up in the greater Seattle area. Kaylin grew up in Bothell with a traveler’s heart that led her 39 countries before she returned to her hometown and settled in as a Producer at Griffith… right next to her Mom Julee. Diving the oceans, dancing under the stars, supporting local businesses and tackling the great outdoors with her husband and pup make her a very a happy girl.
